It's the first day of Autumn today and after the windy weekend here comes the rain. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Autumn is all about "what we planted in Spring, we will reap now". So however you have been treating your body over the last couple of months will be manifesting big time now for you.
With Autumn comes the element Metal which is connected to the Lungs and Large Intestine, with emotions of grief and sadness, but Metal also allows us to let go of the past and create the space for the new.
So to keep the Lungs and Large Intestine at their best make sure you have regular exercise, healthy food and water, plus don't forget to breathe.
Welcome Autumn, welcome.
