Our Cold & Flu Relief formula is a medicine cupboard must. As soon as you feel that tickle in your throat or begin sneezing start taking these and you will be happy at how they support your body to get through the cold and flu season.

Adding in a probiotic is also immune building along with increasing your water intake to 2 litres a day and a good night's sleep. Keeping your feet warm and a scarf around your neck also prevents cold and wind entering into your meridians. Reducing stress is also a key to keeping your immunity high, so exercise, meditate, be creative and laughing can all help with this.
