cold and flu relief

These are our go to Chinese herbs for the first sign of cold or flu, such as a runny nose or sneezing with that prickly skin feeling of, "Am I hot or am I not hot".

These herbs help the body deal with the wind cold attack that arises in the body, which is how TCM explains a cold or flu and how it effects our immune system.

So you could stock them in your medicine cabinet ready to go if those symptoms arise, it's such a great idea.

Adults and children over 2 can take them.

The kids formula is in granule form and dissolves in water, the taste is a sweet form of licorice in the herbs, so the kids will love the flavor.

Its time to build our immune system and these can so help.
