Pondering false

I feel this quote relates to what we are going through with this corona virus and reminds me that in life there is no time to loose to falsehoods, so discernment here is the muscle to grow. 

Like does this relationship serve me, or the food I'm eating or the lifestyle I'm living, I'm sure you can think of one now? 

Turning away from the false can only bring in the richness of our life.
