Your 2020 health
So what have you got planned for your 2020 health?
I want to walk everyday for at least 30 minutes and so far I've been on target except for today. I thought, oh! I've left it too late, it's too hot, blar blar blar! I'm so lucky I have a few great support people around me that said "nah get those shoes on, grab the dog and go Tabitha". So I did, I realised how geting support from those that care help those goals and dreams come true.
