Pregnancy is a yin time so what does this mean?
It means it's a time to slow down and rest where we can, dropping out of our busy do do, go go lifestyles. I know that's easy to say but to have a healthy enjoyable pregnancy and have plenty of energy for birth, then slowing down and resting is a very big key.
When we rest it gives us time to contemplate who you are and what you want to be as a new mum.
If we don't drop into this mode early in our pregnancy then we don't get to connect to the true pleasure of what is going on in our body.
